Hello, Professor Kim. This is 이름. I need to talk to you about the final test. I know it is today. But I won't be able to come to class. The problem is that I am very sick. I can think of two options. We could reschedule the exam for another day. Or I could write an essay to make up the marks. Which one do you prefer?

Hello, I need to talk to you about the tickets I purchased. I bought the wrong tickets. The problem is that they are for the 8 p.m. show. I won’t be able to go to that movie. I can think of two options. I would like to exchange my tickets for an earlier one. Or You could refund my tickets. Which option do you recommend?
