[오픽 주제모음] 1) 집/주거 

집과 거주 문제는 단골 주제라고 한다. 대체적으로 혼자 살거나, 가족과 살더라도 단독주택 혹은 아파트에 산다고 하는 것이 좋다. 혼자 살때는 원룸에 산다고 가정하고 대답하는 것을 추천한다.

집형태 / 위치 > 특징/분위기 > 상세묘사(집에 무엇이 있는지) > 감정, 느낌, 의견 

집형태/위치 : live in → I live in 사람(alone or with 사람) in + 장소 
분위기: My house is + 형용사 
상세묘사(나열): In the living room, there is + 명사/형용사, My favorite space is 장소, which has 
감정/느낌/의견: I am happy with + 명사, It makes me comfortable 

IM 스크립트 

I live in a recently renovated apartment(house, five-story building) with my family in Seoul.
My house is spacious and well-organized. (cozy, comfortable, warm, clean, big, small)
In the living room, there is a black leather couch and a wooden tea table(TV, sofa). To the right, there's my parents' room which is the biggest one. My favorite space is my bedroom, which has a comfortable bed and a closet. (computer desk)

집 비교 스토리라인 만들기

과거의 집: In the past, I used to live in 장소 / My house was (not) + 형용사, I liked + 명사 / I didn't have my own bedroom
현재의 집: But now, I live in 장소 / It's more 형용사(비교급),  Also I've got my own room and it's 형용사 
감정/느낌/의견: I am happy with + 명사, It makes me comfortable 

IM 스크립트 

In the past, I used to live in the suburbs(near the downtown). My house was not that big, but I liked the quiet(lively, crowded) neighborhood. I didn't have my own bedroom(a great view, a balcony).
But now, I live in a high-rise apartment(a newly built studio) in the middle of the city. It's more crowded, but it's more convenient. Also, I've got my own room, and it is cozy and comfortable. Overall, I'm happy with(I'm satisfied with) my current house.
